Steel structure warehouse, factory building is one of the more common structural forms in modern construction engineering. Steel structures are widely used in large-scale factory buildings, stadiums, and super high-rise areas because of their light weight and simple construction. Steel structure is a structure made of steel (profiles, plates) made of components or parts, and then connected by a certain connection method. The quality of the connection directly affects the safety of the overall structure. The correct selection of the connection method and the reasonable design of the connection form are important parts in the installation of steel structures. Reasonable connection design should comply with the principles of safety and reliability, simple structure, clear transmission force, convenient construction, and saving steel.
Structural Construction of Prefabricated Steel Structure Factory Building The industrial factory building adopts prefabricated steel structure factory building as a chemical plant, equipped with electric single-girder crane. We were the general contractor for this project and our scope of work included design drawings, fabrication of all steel structural components and roof and wall sandwich panels, followed by installation.
Although steel is denser than other building materials, it has high strength. Under the same force, the steel structure has a small self-weight and can be made into a large-span structure.
